We encourage all attorneys in the community to attend, whether or not you are a current member of the Skagit County Bar Association. According to SCBA's Bylaws, you must be a current Resident Member to be eligible to vote at this Annual Meeting and to be eligible to serve as SCBA Officer. Indications of interest in serving as an Officer are accepted prior to the meeting. Nominations will be accepted at the meeting.
