SCBA ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING
& ELECTION OF OFFICER FOR 2019

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2019 - 5 to 6 pm

SKAGIT RIVER BREWERY,
(upstairs in private room),
404 S. 3rd Street, Mount Vernon

　SCBA INVITES ALL MEMBERS* TO ATTEND

First beverage is hosted & light appetizers served

Agenda will include:

1. Report from Executive Committee;
2. Presentation by and discussion with Skagit County Superior Court regarding courthouse security and safety, security badges, and improving access to our courthouses;
3. Discussion and possible votes of membership for adoption of resolutions regarding proposed donations from SCBA; and
4. Election of Officers - Indications of interest in serving as an Officer accepted prior to the meeting and nominations also accepted at the meeting.

Please plan on attending and volunteering to serve on the Executive Committee or any of the Sub-Committees (Events, CLE, Volunteer Legal Program, or Membership and Website Committee). The time commitment averages to no more than a hour a month for the year term.

Many hands make light work - so please consider throwing your hat into the mix to be the next member of SCBA's Executive Committee.　

The time commitment is not significant and you can be a part of our growing bar association that is making a difference in our community, having fun and networking with other attorneys in and around our community.

Attendees at the Annual Meeting will be entered into the raffle for a Holiday Cheer Basket at the Holiday Party on December 9.
