In this 1 hour CLE learn about Chapter 7 & 13 Bankruptcy, classifications and treatment of debts in bankruptcy, State & Federal asset exemptions, including homestead exemption, income based “means test” and how bankruptcy and divorce interact.

Terence G. Carroll received his J.D. from Willamette University, 1985.  He has practiced law in Skagit County since 1986 and as a Sole Practitioner for the past 25 years.  Mr. Carroll’s practice is limited to representing debtors (individuals and business owners) in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy proceedings in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington, Seattle Division.
